This is the first post at my blog, here I am going to post my notes on reflections about my classes the things I think went well, and the things that at the moment came to my mind and produced great results on students, I will also post about critical events and the way I helped students to accomplish their goals, It is basically not about my teaching style but it is about how I helped my students to discover and reinforce their learning styles.

This is done with the help and support of my coaches at ICPNA and their recommendations and procedures.

Points to take into consideration (Classes at the moment are virtual which in itself are a completely new world not only for the teacher but for the students. 

                                                        Security in the Internet environment. 

- Under any circumstances, students are not allowed to enter into the virtual room unless they identify themselves 

- They are allowed to enter only with one device to the virtual classroom.

- The teacher always logs in to the virtual classroom 10 minutes before the class.

                                                         Procedures in the classroom

- Use OREO training to promote students participation, It is better from B05

- Promote students participation with prompts in lower Basic and above

- Promote peer correction using "One Drive"

- Write the objectives in the chat

- Use of PowerPoints most of the time and when it is suitable for other ICT's 

- Promote students participation with breakout rooms

- Basic EPP (Explain, Presentation, and Practice) has proved to make the class more dynamic for students in a virtual environment.

Above are some of the initial points to strongly take into consideration during the class, suggested by coaches from observation feedback. Not all of them are included, so this post will be revisited to add more goals and requirements.

Finishing October - Starting November

 This is part of my APDP project for the following months until the end of 20210, For the following month, I will write a post after each class I am assigned. In order to do that, Since these classes are virtual or online. I would like to point out that this new environment has changed the process of learning and teaching for good. Along with new health challenges in the process.  I would like to sum up the things I saw in my classes this past October.  - AB06D this class was from 7: 00 am to 10:15 am.  The challenges they face was pronunciation. I did my best to help them but this particular classroom was full of people not eager to get corrected, but there is something I have seen in this class is the magic moments they had using "OREO" and follow-up questions.
